5. Verification Process

Hostlio reserves the right to verify all property listings and user accounts. We may request additional documentation or information to complete the verification process. Unverified or suspicious listings may be removed without prior notice.

6. Fees and Payments

While basic listings are free, certain premium features may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Hostlio does not handle rent payments between tenants and property owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hostlio acts as a platform connecting property owners and tenants. We are not responsible for the actual rental agreements, property conditions, or disputes between parties. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
