How do I create an account?
Click on 'Sign Up' in the navigation menu, choose your role (Tenant or Property Owner), and fill in your details. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
What types of properties can I list?
You can list PG, Hostels, Residential properties, Commercial spaces, Shared Apartments, and Studios on Hostlio.
Is Hostlio available in my city?
Hostlio is expanding rapidly across India. Check our coverage area or contact support to inquire about your city.
For Property Owners
How do I list my property?
After signing in as a Property Owner, go to your Dashboard and click 'Add New Listing'. Fill in all required details, upload images, and submit for approval.
How long does verification take?
Property verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Our team reviews each listing to ensure quality and accuracy.
Can I edit my listing after approval?
Yes, you can edit your listing anytime from your dashboard. Major changes may require re-verification.
For Tenants
How do I search for properties?
Use the search bar on the homepage to enter your desired location and property type. You can filter results by price, amenities, and more.
Are properties verified?
Yes, all properties on Hostlio undergo verification to ensure authenticity and quality before being listed.
How do I contact property owners?
Click on any property listing to view details and use the 'Contact Owner' button to reach out directly.
Payments & Pricing
Is there a fee to list properties?
Basic listings are free. We offer premium features and featured listings at competitive rates.
How do payments work?
Rent payments are handled directly between tenants and owners. Hostlio facilitates the connection but doesn't process rent payments.
